Up, Up, & Away

515 N. State

EPL marked the grand re-opening of 515 N. State with a three-day Open House that took brokers up, up, and away! Through tours timed around breakfast, lunch, and cocktails, guests viewed the opening of the spec suites and penthouse.

We transformed part of the 29th floor into a sky soirée. The ceiling was filled with cloud balloons and hot air balloons. Guests were able to choose from one of the hot air balloons to lower down and grab an envelope to reveal a prize. They were then entered into the raffle for a chance to win some great prizes.
