A Hole In One

320 N. Sangamon

EPL created a one-day golfing event for Tishman Speyer at 320 N. Sangamon consisting of an eye-catching, indoor 9-hole mini-golf course, a life-size golf simulator, and 1-on-1 sessions with a golf pro to assess guests’ swings.  We transformed the 6th floor into a country club, complete with a tented bar, drinks caddie, and premium photo opportunities. Guests enjoyed drinks and heavy appetizers in the Penthouse Lounge and on the terrace to showcase the contemporary building. Guests left the event with a bag of 320 N. Sangamon goodies and the chance to win a set of PXG personalized golf clubs!

Guests were assigned staggered “tee times” throughout the afternoon to comply with Chicago’s COVID capacity and social distancing guidelines.
